Our company has the logistical expeience to complete a move to any destination worldwide.

These removals are generally planned ahead of time in order to complete necessary paperwork, legal requirments, and any additional special requirements of the customer.

How we work:

Ask for a quote, on-line or in-person.  Once you confirm you wish to use our services and have decided on the day, we can advise you as to how to proceed with your preparations and arrange for the packing supplies you need, if any.  If you require packing services, we can do this for you in an 8 hour day or 2 hours for 4 days, whatever your schedule permits.

On moving day, we will send our professional moving staff to your door, discuss our agenda or moving plan for the day, and answer any further questions or concerns you may have.  Our staff and vehicles will be appropriate for the size of the moving.  We take every possible measure to ensure an efficient move.

You may communicate with our office staff or the movers.  Communication is key to an organized move.  Therefore our office monitors the progress of your move.  All our staff have cell phones, so any questions that arise may be answered immediately.  All our staff is friendly and there to help you! 

Following unloading and unpacking if required, we will ask for payment and for you to complete a customer satisfaction form.  You may also choose to mail the form or not fill it out.  However, we want to learn our customers’ perspective about the success of the move.  We believe in continuously improving our services and operations.
